This policy explains what data is processed when you visit playanalytic.ru and submit an inquiry, why it is needed, and how you can manage your data
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Inquiry data you provide in the form: name, work email, company name (optional), selected service (optional) and message text
Technical data required to operate and protect the site: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page and browser information. The IP address is also temporarily used to limit the rate of inquiry submissions
For visit statistics, Cloudflare Web Analytics receives anonymized information about page views without using cookies. If Yandex Metrica is enabled on the site and you allow analytics, it also receives anonymized information about visits (see the Cookie Policy for details)
3. Purposes and legal basis for processing
Inquiry data is used only to respond to your request and discuss potential cooperation. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox in the form
Technical data is processed to ensure the operation and security of the site, to protect it from abuse and to count aggregated visit statistics
We do not use inquiry data for marketing emails. If we introduce a newsletter in the future, separate consent will be requested for it
4. How inquiries are handled
Inquiry content is not stored in the site's database: the server validates the data and immediately forwards it by email to the company's address via the email provider Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), recipient mailbox hosted by Google LLC (Gmail, USA). The email is then stored in the company's mailbox
To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). It loads only when you start filling in the form and analyzes technical information about your browser and device to tell a person from a bot. This information is not used for advertising or tracking
To protect against spam, the server keeps the sender's IP address and submission time in memory for 15 minutes; this information is then deleted automatically
5. Recipients and data transfers
Data may be processed by the following service providers: hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); email provider Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), recipient mailbox hosted by Google LLC (Gmail, USA); visit statistics service Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.); and, with your consent, Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC)
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes, except as required by law
6. Retention periods
We keep correspondence about an inquiry for as long as needed to discuss and carry out cooperation, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact unless a longer period is required by law. The emails are then deleted
Technical server logs are retained in accordance with the hosting provider's settings
7. Your rights
You may request information about what personal data of yours we process, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
To do so, write to hello@playanalytic.ru. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority
8. Data security
The site runs over the secure HTTPS protocol. Access to the mailbox that receives inquiries is limited to staff who need it to respond. Email secrets and settings are not stored in the site's code
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page; the version date is shown at the top
